Latitudes Catering Terms and Conditions 

For payment we accept bank transfer cheque and cash ( Bank details on request )

We work on a minimum 50 persons booking. Bookings below this number may be subject to

a surcharge.

Following consultation with the client, a deposit of 20%  must be paid at confirmation

This is non refundable in the event of cancellation by client 

Four weeks prior to event the full balance of  payment is required.
Final guest numbers are required four weeks prior to your event.
Menus are "fixed at four weeks but may be amended at short notice, subject to availability.
Written or email confirmation is required from the client for all provisional bookings and actual confirmation.

Cancellation will only be accepted in writing or email addressed to Latitudes Catering.

Latitudes Catering will endeavour to deliver your requirements at the agreed time.

For any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of LatitudesCatering we will endeavour to offer you an alternative. 

Due to our health and safety policy we do not handle or serve food that is not prepared by Latitudes Catering with the exception of wedding cake. 

If you anticipate serving food you have prepared yourself this will only be served by our staff by prior arrangement. 

The client is responsible for all hired equipment during the course of the event. Broken,lost or damaged equipment will be charged at full replacement cost. 

Latitudes Catering will only be responsible for the disposal of waste/rubbish generated by Latitudes Catering. Delivery is free within 20 miles of Braunton otherwise a mileage charge may applicable at 50p per mile. On using our services you the client accept theses Terms and Conditions.
